Product Classifications

New Product
All products sold through our on-line catalog are brand new, direct from the manufacturer and are fully covered by the respective manufacturers warranties. Any open box or refurbished products are clearly marked so you know exactly the condition of the product you are purchasing.

Open Box
A product classified as "open box" is usually a demo unit or returned unit that has seen little or no use and is in perfect working order. We cannot sell them as brand new therefore, these products are offered at a discount.

Refurbished
A refurbished product or "B-Stock" is one that has been used for a short period of time and was sent back to the factory to be repaired, cleaned, adjusted to factory specifications, and certified to be in good working condition. Purchasing a refurbished product is a good way to save money on products that are practically brand new. Warranties for refurbished products are different than for new products. Please refer to the Ovideon Product Warranty for more detailed information.

Ovideon accepts most major credit cards including Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®.

Payment may also be made via ACH transfers, certified company check, money orders and cashier’s checks (no personal checks please). Please note that we do not accept COD payments.

Placing an Order
Product orders may be made via our online store or via telephone. Our web site offers secure shopping and helpful product navigational tools. If calling to place an order, our product specialists offer exceptional service and expertise.

Upon receipt of your order we will issue an order confirmation notice. The confirmation notice does not indicate that we have accepted your order for shipping. Acceptance of your order is contingent on the verification of your payment. For your protection we may require additional information before accepting any order.

Ovideon, Inc., reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Canceling an Order
While shopping on line you may cancel your order at any time by deleting all items from your shopping cart. If you have already placed an order and would like to cancel it please contact us within 24 hours by calling our sales department at 1-630-236-9917. After 24 hours all orders will be processed.

International Orders
We accept orders for shipment within the continental US as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Orders placed requesting shipment to any other country will be cancelled.

Orders for Resale
While shopping on Ovideon.com you agree to abide by the applicable laws and regulations of various states within the United States of America. You also agree that the product you purchased is for your own or internal use and will not be resold. Pricing and Availability
Availability of Ovideon Products is subject to Ovideon's ability to ship products. Sometimes products will be placed on backorder. If your desired product is placed on backorder you will be notified immediately. Upon notification you have a choice to wait until the back order clears, you may choose to order another product or you may cancel your order.

Price Protection
For products sold at Ovideon.com price protection is not offered at this time.

Sales Tax
Only Illinois shipments are subject to a state sales tax. Ovideon, Inc., will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered within the state of Illinois.


Shipping Information

Shipping Methods
We ship products via common ground carriers, trucking firms, Federal Express or UPS.

Shipping Destinations
We ship products within the continental US as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Orders placed intended for shipping to any other country will be cancelled.

For your protection we will ship your order to the same address as your billing address.
If you desire to ship the order to an alternate destination please contact your Credit Card Company customer service representative and ask them to amend your account and have this new destination listed as an authorized “Alternative Shipping Address.” The Credit Card Customer Service phone number is located on the back of your credit card.

Upon verification that your alternative shipping address has been authorized we will ship your order. If your shipping address is not authorized your order will not be processed for shipment.

Shipping Costs
Free Ground Shipping on all products sold in our on line store is offered in the Continental US only! Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are not included in this offer.

If you choose any other delivery method the additional shipping charges will be calculated automatically and figured into the total cost of your purchase and will be shown in your shopping cart upon check out. Please contact us directly for a quote on any desired shipping options other than described here.

Please allow adequate time for us to process and pack your order before shipping. Depending on the time you placed your order please note, even if you indicate your shipping preference as next day air delivery, we will need additional time to pack and process your order. We will make all efforts to ship as you requested.

Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you indicating the carrier being used to deliver your purchase. Depending on the carrier used tracking numbers, if available, will be supplied to you via email. Please go to the appropriate shipping carriers web site and enter your tracking number for the most up to date information regarding the status of your package.

Shipping Damage
Please open and inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If there is any visible damage to the unit please notify the driver and refuse to accept the delivery. Please contact us at 1-630-236-9917 so we can arrange to have a replacement unit shipped to you immediately.

After accepting delivery if you find any concealed damage please report it within 24 hours! Ovideon, Inc., will not be held liable for any shipping damage reported after 24 hours of receipt!


Returns/Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges Overview
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with anything that you buy from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or upon receipt you find that the product is defective please contact us for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). Please Note: Make sure that your product is actually defective before requesting an RMA. Many times errors in operation or connection may be responsible for the anamolies you may be experiencing. Please call our customer service representatives first and we will be happy to assist you in solving any problems.

An RMA# is required in order to return any defective or non-defective product. Please contact us at 630-236-9917 or email us at rma@ovideon.com to obtain an RMA# and shipping address.

Please provide the following information in order to obtain an RMA#:

  1. Your name or company name
  2. Your home or company address, phone number and email address
  3. The Ovideon Invoice number
  4. Date of shipment
  5. Product name and description
  6. Product Serial number
  7. Reason for return/exchange. If product is defective please briefly describe the nature of the problem

To help expedite the return, please write the RMA# on the packing slip of the returned merchandise. Please do not write the RMA# on the box!

All returns/exchanges must be received within 5 days from the RMA# issue date.

Non-Defective Merchandise
All non-defective returned merchandise must be in original, unused and unaltered condition, in original box and contain all manuals, documentation, warranty cards and accessories originally contained in the packaging. All non-defective returns/exchanges must be shipped insured and traceable, preferably via FedEx or UPS. You are responsible for all fees incurred for returns/exchanges and any loss or damage that may occur prior to our receipt and approval of the return/exchange shipment.

Non-defective returns/exchanges may be subject to 15% restocking fee. If you received free shipping it will be subtracted from your refund.

No returns/exchanged will be accepted after 14 days of receipt.

Defective Merchandise
Ovideon, Inc., offers a 14 day swap-out period for all defective merchandise. Within the first 14 days of receiving the product please make sure that everything is in order and working properly. If within these first 14 days you discover that the product is defective please contact us immediately in order to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).

All defective product that is to be exchanged must be in original, unused and unaltered condition, in original box and contain all manuals, documentation, warranty cards and accessories originally contained in the packaging. All defective exchanged merchandise must be shipped insured and traceable, preferably via FedEx or UPS.

No returns/exchanged will be accepted after 14 days of receipt.
After 14 Days the product is covered by the Ovideon, Inc.manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact Ovideon, Inc., of your product in order to have your product serviced.


Warranties/Repair

New Product Warranty
All products manufactured and sold by Ovideon, Inc., and its authorised distributors, resellers and retailers are fully covered by the Ovideon, Inc., manufacturer warranty for one (1) year parts and labor and one (1) year backlight. Any open box or refurbished products are clearly marked so you know exactly the condition of the product you are purchasing and are subject to the Ovideon, Inc., refurbished product warranty.

Refurbished Product Warranty
All Ovideon factory refurbished products have a 90 day parts and labor warranty.

Extended Warranty
All sales of extended warranties are final. Refunds and returns of extended warranties will not be accepted.

Installation Service Warranty
All installations offered by Ovideon, Inc., are covered by our limited warranty for a period of 90 days following the completion of each installation. The warranty does not include nor cover Equipment and/or Services not provided and installed by Ovideon, Inc.; and will not include the loss of services due to negligence, vandalism and/or acts of God.
