The VX6S includes seven video input ports: two 3G-SDI, twoHDMI 1.3, two DVI (one with loop-through), and a USB media input. It outputscontent through six Gigabit Ethernet ports, allowing a total load capacity ofup to 3.9 million pixels with a maximum width or height of 4096 pixels. Adedicated DVI output enables PVW (preview) or PGM (program) monitoring, withadjustable resolution for enhanced control.
Up to three video windows can be displayed simultaneously,with adjustable size, position, Z-order, and scaling options (full screen,pixel-to-pixel, or custom). Two screen configuration methods (quick andadvanced) and two system modes (direct and switcher) allow for streamlinedsetup and operation. The VX6S also includes screen brightness controls andsupports linking multiple units together for large display setups. Sixteen userpresets can be saved and recalled via the front panel for fast switching duringlive events.
